Frank has distinguished years (since year 2004) of experience in coaching, mentoring and counselling, honing and shaping his strong business sense. After years of educational experience and 100 students later, he started building his own education company in 2010. He is currently the Managing Director of Scape Personal Development Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries, a group of companies experiencing rapid growth in K-12 education business focusing in Malaysia.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Communication and Networking from University of Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). He experienced in transforming knowledge into real education by applying theories in Network Communication into practical student counselling, delivering a much better communicating result and gaining mutual trust in their mentor-mentee relationship.
Expanding on the same theory, Frank also successfully implement the same by specialising in excursion and life planning. As a result, he had successfully mentored and guided more than 100 students by stirring them toward their own success life path.
He co-founded Scape Education Holdings Sdn Bhd in 2016 with the belief that “every child is gifted and we should discover, polish and unleash their inner-self to be their own the leader at its strength.”
